Reservations must be canceled a maximum of one week before the appointment. When canceled in time the amount payed for service and lifetime guarante is refundable as a gift card to use in our online shop or to book a new appointment. When not canceling in time this amount is non-refundable, but the appointment can be moved.
IN CASE OF BREAKAGE
In the very unlikely event of an incident that causes the bracelet to break, it can be reattached when in possession of the precious metal. Bijorca is not responsible for losing the bracelet.
